- Search for Google Groups in your search engine or go directly to google.com
- At the top, you’ll see where you can search for new groups under the “My Groups” search bar. Type in Oaks III (Chapel Hill) Residents.
- You may see “no groups matched your search”. Then click on “Try searching across all groups and messages”. You may also see an option to search “outside my org”.
- Click on the Oaks III (Chapel Hill) Residents group and you’ll get a message “You don’t have permission to access this content”. Then click on “For Access, try asking to join the group”.
- It then should give you an option on how you want your Display Name to appear and you can adjust your “subscription” to see every email or “daily summaries”, etc.
- Click on “Ask to join”.
- You will then be approved by a Board Member
